What Does Pain Under The Breasts On The Right Side Indicate?

My husband has a pain under his breast on the right side. A dull ache, we went to urgent care and they suspect the gallbladder. They gave him Zofran and suggested tylenol, but he has had the ache for 2 days now. We have tests scheduled for Tuesday, but we are wondering if we should go to the emergency room if say not better by tomorrow?

It could be some kind of muscular pain. He can take analgesics, like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac for pain. Apply hot compresses. If pain persists despite all these, then get an ultrasound scan done.
