What Does Pain Under The Left Breast Indicate?

i have crohns/colitis & take 12 apriso per day. I think I am having a flare - but this time the pain is also on left side under my left breast, in addition to random darting pain in other parts of my body. I also am not sure why I have not been able to sleep the last 3 nights in a row. I also had a cooling sensation on my skin. Work up all wet from sweat this morning. a few chills yesterday. What do you think is going on??
