What Does Pain Under The Left Breast Indicate?

I have been diagnosed with a mild cardiomegaly. Increasing pain over the last month. Some days, a 5-7 when I wake. Pain under left breast in rib cage area. Major abdominal surgery to correct ventral hernia and remove adhesions in May. No shortness of breath, but do notice I can no longer comfortably lay flat. Struggling with confusion and clear thinking the last month as well. Do have Chronic Obstructive Sleep Apnea, and not always good to get Cpap mask on before sleep medicine kicks in. Wondering what symptoms are suggesting, and who to see next.

dear mam. first cardiac evalution with ecg n echo are done just to rule out any major abnormalities. as ur symptoms goes it cld be just a non specific pain. n some times in abdominal sugeries the oain I'll be there due to minor alterations in anatomy. so cardiac evalution first n ultrasound abdomen next to rule out abdominal causes. if nothing s found then it just a muscle pain r bony pain for which simple muscle relaxant r analgesic s sufficient. thank u
