What Does Pain Under The Left Breast Indicate?

I had a colonoscopy yesterday morning and I have discomfort under my left breast. it hurt in the same place yesterday after the procedure and the nurse said that it was gas. I am concerned because it feels like I can take a deep breath. she said that the pain would go away and it doesn t feel as bad as it felt yesterday but it is still there.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you need to have X-ray erect abdomen and EKG alongside ultrasound abdomen if pain persists. It it's extremely tender or you note blood with stool get an urgent gastroenterologist review again.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
