What Does Pain Under The Ribcage On The Left Side Indicate?
have pain undrer left ribcage, constant belching, occasional bitter taste in mouth and symptoms got worse after eating fried foods. i am suspecting it could be something related to glallbladdar, bile duct or even a blocked colon. i do have chronic stress and sleep deprievation issues which i know can play a role in those organ s functions.on a seperate note i know i may have parasites so could that or the ones mentioned before could be a reason(s) for my symptoms?
I would like to tell you that you are suffering from Gastroesophageal reflux disease. You have to refrain from eating oily and spicy food. Stay away from processed foods and beverages which contains caffeine.
Avoid eating anything 2 hours before going to sleep. Raise the head end of the bed with two pillows. Take an antacid like pantoprazole on empty stomach for a few days. If the symptoms don't subside even after following the above steps, you may have to get yourself checked by a gastroenterologist. He may advise you to undergo an endoscopy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Nazma.amman
