What Does Painful Bowel Movement Indicate?

I had miscarriage last may 2017.frm after a week i started feelingg pain in my anus when i poop n before i poop something vry hard comes out first and after poop i wash my anus and then push back the hard tuing inside with my finger..This is vry painful.Advice me please..

You may need pelvic sonography and proctoscopy
to know the problems.IF these do not reveal anything Ct scan abdomen and pelvis would be a choice.
