What Does Painful Hard Lump On Foot After Injury Suggest?

I injured my foot about a month ago. It turned black and blue. X-rays and bone scans were done no fracture appeared but I have been on ten to twenty milligrams of Prednisone for over a year for IBD. Now a have a painful hard lump on the top of my foot.

Arnica 30 6 pills twice in day for 15 days
