Am 24 years old married having 3 years old baby Please needs a quick answer a year ago.. Sever Abdominal and pelvic pains appeared and every 3 months it reappear again... Today I did Dobler on abdominal and pelvic region and there is a 2.6x6cm cm solid mass in left adnexal side and mild pelvic collection in the Douglas pouch & left iliac fossa...plus colonic gaseous distention. Please help I need a quick reply
