What Does Pelvic Pain On The Left Side Indicate?

Period was due on 6th in the meantime I had lots of left sided pelvic pain that went around lower back got period on 8th just kind of spotting that evening. On the 9th went to urinate lots of blood in toilet with much worst pain on left pelvic and around lower back. Heavy bleeding that they and next. Ibuprofen took pain away for about 7 hours than that night pain again till next morning pain was gone bleeding lightened up and by 12th bleeding stopped I usually have period for about 7 days but never had any blood clots should I be concerned?

I think you don't have to be concerned. I think your endometrium dot bit thicker due to delayed period and caused pain and clots. Since it lasted as usual is nothing to concern.
