Welcome to Health care magic.

1.The scan reveals PCOD - poly cystic ovarian disease in which the cycles can be irregular with weight gain and unwanted hair growth are the symptoms seen.
2.In imaging findings - multiple peripherally arranged follicles with central echo-genic storm, both ovaries are bulky.
3.In this case treatment of choice will be hormonal treatment.
4.After treatment - pregnancy is possible, just remind you follow the ovulation calendar strictly when to have intercourse - that will help for sure.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
