Hello test shows for my granddaughter there is evidence of periventricular leukomalacia involving both cerebral hemispheres predominantly in the posterior lobes Volume loss from both cerebral hemispheres and cerebellar hemispheres areas of abnormal signal hyperintensity are seen on T1 Weighted images findings are related to the provided history of congenital cmv infection What does this mean please help me understand what s happening to my baby girl.
