What Does Persistent Coccyx Pain Indicate?

I have been experiencing pain in my tail bone, which lasts several minutes and is followed by teeth chattering, and entire body spasms that nearly stop me from walking. I can barely hold a cup. It puts major strain on my neck then, slowly goes away. This usually happens close to my period. I have scoliosis but I do not know if that effects this

Hi,

The symptoms you describe (except for persistent pain in coccyx) seems to be due to scoliosis. The coccyx pain indicates fall /trauma/hairline fracture of the Coccyx. It mostly tends to heal over a period of 6 months to 1 year.
