What Does Persistent Green Colored Vaginal Discharge After Miscarriage Indicate?

1 month ago i had misscarriage. Baby was 23 weeks. I was experiencing a greenish viginal discharge without any smell for 10 days. My HVS culture report result was normal flora only. No pethogens islolated after 48 hr incubation at 37c . Misacrriage was spontaneous expelsion due to prelabour pains and no D&C was required even after miscarriage. Only medicine was givin for RPOCs and after using medicine my ultrasound scan was clear after the expelsion of remaining blood clots.. Now I am again experiencing a greenish viginal discharge without any smell. And again my HVS culture report result says normal flora only. No pethogens islolated after 48 hr incubation at 37c . What does it means?
