What Does Persistent Hip Pain Indicate?

Hi, my back has given me aches for a number of years. I have changed beds and exercised and even bought a bambillo pad with success. However i am starting to think i may have cancer...just a long shot self diagnosis. I am 63yrs fairly fit outdoorsey person, i lift heavy loads during my working day. My hips used to hurt at night but last night was the 1st time they didnt..bambillo pad appeared to fix the prob. My family have a gistory of cancer. I dont take medication, blood pressure great no sugar thingy probs in fact i dont go to the doctor unless i am dying, usually pneumonia over einter infrequently.. what do you think, am i paranoid or just darn healthy.

Hi,

Yes, you are thinking too much and this fall you in paranoid category. Don't think directly about cancer. Better to consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination and MRI of hip and lower back. Possibility of simple musculoskeletal pain is more likely. No need to worry for cancer.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
