What Does Persistent Lack Of Energy And Nausea Indicate?
For several months I have no energy and my stomach feels like I could almost throw up. I feel disconnected and just feel like the life is draining out of me. When I get up in the mornings I have pain in my back and can t walk standing strait up. Have to move very slow, but gets a bit better after moving around.

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms may not be due to any pathological illness but it seems to be due to stress and anxiety and it may induced the hyperacidity I would suggest to try Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone 20 mg once in day, you have not mentioned your age and gender else something related could have been advised, because it may be general debility due to age hope this information helps.
