Persistent loss of memory with fatigue may be caused due to the side effects of certain medicines you have been taking. Fatigue may be due to
dehydration, DM, thyroid issues, lack of exercise, exhaustion, etc. To avoid forgetfulness stay well hydrated & take adequate sleep. Intereact with family, friends & strangers.
Stay active, avoid sedentry lifestyle. Take food rich in
vitamin B12 &
vitamin E or suplements of the same. Stay cheerful, constructive & positive. Avoid stress & anxiety. Cut on addictions if any. Switch to healthy eating habits, maintain your eating time. Ignore
depression (physical or emotional), engage in activities you love like sports, news, reading & writng, gardenng, etc.
Take food that keeps your brain and memory healthy like berries, nuts, dark chocolate, eggs, oranges & green tea. However, you should get clinically assessed to detect any developing neurological problem. Get Imaging tests & Nerve conduction tests done if required.
