General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Persistent vaginal bleeding is not normal after the miscarriage.
It could be due to retain product of pregnancy, pelvic infection.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, vaginal swab tests and USG scan to rule out the above cause.
Retain product will be treated by misoprostol tablet or by D & C.
Infection require antibiotic course.
Take proper rest, drink plenty of water, take healthy diet with iron supplements, maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Hope this may help you
