What Does Pieces Of Flesh Discharge From Vagina Indicate?

Good night i was on the pill for the past two months without having my period i started passing brown discharge looking like blood so i took the iron tablets so i can have my period and see if the brown spotting would stop nut today i passed out two pieces of flesh in my period should i be concerned

Passing of feshy vaginal discharge needs to be evaluated immediately for a missed abortion or endometriosis.

I advise you to get a Transvaginal ultrasonography immediately to confirm the diagnosis.

You need to start an Antibiotic course and Antispasmodics immediately.

So I advise you to consult an expert gynecologist examination for Per vaginal examination and review with reports.
