What Does Pink, Flesh Colored Squish Protruding From Anus Indicate?

Today, after I pooped, I felt like there was some stuck out still. I wiped and there was nothing. I then got a mirror and saw a pink flesh colored squish thing about half an inch protruding from my anus. Is this a hemmroid or just a normal part of pooping I've never noticed before, or something more serious?

* Avoid to get hard stools by managing diet in way with high fiber , more
liquids
