Hello,

You are nauseated, having cramping and diarrhea. You had very light pinkish discharge a couple of days ago. You are sexually active. You have history of having endometriosis. Pinkish vaginal discharge after periods is commonly due to PCOS, hormonal imbalance, fibroid, endometriosis, sign of ovulation, pregnancy, etc. You are suggested to get a pregnancy test done with the mid stream first morning urine if you do not get the periods.

If your pregnancy test comes positive, you will be accordingly managed. If not, your treating Gynae will ask you to do USG (uterus with fallopian tube). to detect fibroid, advanced stage of endometriosis, polyp, cyst, etc. You will be treated (with medicines or surgery if needed) accordingly. In the meantime stay away from stress (emotional or physical) and take home made nutritious food rich in minerals and protein.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
