Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance due to came off from the birth control pill, mechanical trauma due to sex, vaginal infection, endometrial/cervix dysplasia.
I would suggest to consult the gynaecologist and undergo vaginal examination, reproductive hormone analysis, vaginal swab test and PAP smear to confirm the cause.
If it is due to came off from the birth control pill then it will be settle down by itself.
Other cause require specific treatment based on test result.
Meanwhile avoid stress, take healthy diet, maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Hope this may help you
