Hello. A recent lung cancer screening for high risk patient ct scan report says there is a "3 mm focus of pleural thickening in the posterior superior right hemithorax." Should this be of any concern? The report recommends a follow up test in 1 year but I'm wondering if this isn't proactive enough. Is there prevention from further thickening?
