Hello,

Accentuated vascular marking can be seen in pneumonitis or in bronchitis like condition. For that clinical correlation is strongly recommended. Provide your full clinical complaint about giving more comment.

If needed antibiotic course prescribed, after auscultation and examination if needed. Consult a physician or pulmonologoist for examination and discuss your case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
