What Does Polypoidal Thickening In Nasal Cavity Suggestive Of Adenoidal Hypertrophy Indicate?

There is circumferential thickening involving the maxillary antra. The frontal sinuses appear relatively clear. There is polypoidal thickening seen at the posterior aspect of the nasal cavity on the lateral view suggestive of some adenoidal hypertrophy. What does this mean?

Adenoids are lymphoid tissues in the back of nose which are important for immunity. If ur becomes enlarged and causes symptoms, we usually remove it
