You are suffering from popping of joints and are also having severe lower
back pain. Popping of the joints can be indicative of inflammation around the tendons, OA, RA, backache can be suggestive of
sciatica, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get blood tests like C -reactive protein, RF, anti CCP, CBC, X-ray, MRI, PET done to detect the pathology so that treatment can be started at the earliest.
Combined treatment is given with
physical therapy and
occupational therapy. NSAIDs medications for pain relief. Routine monitoring and ongoing care and complementary therapies. Medications. Physical therapy and occupational therapy. Routine monitoring and ongoing care is given along with complementary therapies. Surgery is recommended only if there is no response to the treatment being given.
Manipulation by physical therapy and application of pressure to a person’s spine or other parts of their body helps to adjust and correct alignment and relieve backache. Sometimes, heat and ice and electrical stimulation is helpful. CBT,
relaxation techniques and exercises are helpful. Get treated at the earliest.
