Combined treatment is given with physical therapy and occupational therapy. NSAIDs medications for pain relief. Routine monitoring and ongoing care and complementary therapies. Medications. Physical therapy and occupational therapy. Routine monitoring and ongoing care is given along with complementary therapies. Surgery is recommended only if there is no response to the treatment being given.

Manipulation by physical therapy and application of pressure to a person’s spine or other parts of their body helps to adjust and correct alignment and relieve backache. Sometimes, heat and ice and electrical stimulation is helpful. CBT, relaxation techniques and exercises are helpful. Get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
