Hello and welcome to HCM, The interpretation of semen analysis is as follows: the physical characters of semen - color, quantity, consistency, pH are all within normal limits. The sperm concentration of 105 million/ml is also within normal limits. The motility and morphology of semen is sub-normal. The minimal rapid motility should be at least 40% and morphology should be at least 50% normal morphology. These two attributes are sub-normal. Presence of agglutination of semen suggests presence of antibodies in the semen.
Consult your doctor with the report and further management.
