Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen analysis is as follows:
the physical characters of semen - color, quantity, consistency, pH are all within normal limits.
The sperm concentration of 105 million/ml is also within normal limits.
The motility and morphology of semen is sub-normal.
The minimal rapid motility should be at least 40% and morphology should be at least 50% normal morphology.
These two attributes are sub-normal.
Presence of agglutination of semen suggests presence of antibodies in the semen.
