What Does Positive Pregnancy Test But No Fetus Seen In Uterus Indicate?
I went to the ER yesterday because of lower abdominal pain and I tested positive twice that day at two different places for pregnancy but when I took the ultrasound there was no baby in the uterus and there was a cyst on my ovary and I was wondering if its to early to see the embryo. my last period was April 11 or 12

It can be due to either very Early pregnancy or a tubal ectopic pregnancy so you need to get BHCG Level testing to see for viability and levels of hormone
