What Does Predominance Of Cocco-bacilli Consistent With Shift In Vaginal Flora Mean?

Hi my pap smear result says PREDOMINANCE OF COCCO-BACILLI CONSISTENT WITH SHIFT IN VAGINAL FLORA. my obgyne didn't bother to explain what it is. She just mentiones that I had a yeast infection prior to the result of the pap smear . She said it was due to the OCP that I was taking. She prescribed Candid V6 for 3 days. She showed me the whitish discharge and said it was yeast infection however it says in the result that it is coccobacili is it reslated to chlamydia or something. I am quit worried. Pls help try to explain what it is.
