1.Predominatly hypo-echoic lesion can be an
abscess, hemorrhagic collection, mass lesion, malignancy can not be ruled out.
2.For further evaluation you need to get a triple phasic contrast enhanced computer
tomography that will give the most probable diagnosis.
3.FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology,
BIOPSY are the confirmatory for the diagnosis.
4.Suggest
lymph nodal assessment and chest x-ray for any malignant suspicion.
5.Get an appointment with surgeon and do needful investigation and treatment accordingly. Good luck.
