What Does Pregnancy Symptoms With Negative Pregnancy Result Suggest?

I feel pregnant but the pregnancy test still says negative. IVE been lightheaded with headaches and light nasea for a little over two weeks straight now and i feel hungry more often.I feel light pinching in my lower abdomin. What can it be if I m not pregnant because I definitaly feel pregnant again?

Your symptoms may be related to pseudocyes pregnancy.Repeat urine pregnancy test and get transvaginal ultrasound immediately.Review with reports.thankyou
