hi my son is 10 years old, his urinalysis are as follows: CLINICAL MICROSCOPY Complete Urinalysis Physical / Macroscopic Color YELLOW Transparency SLIGHTLY HAZY Urine Chemical Sp. Gravity 1.015 1.003~1.035 pH 6.00 5.00~7.00 Protein TRACE NEGATIVE Glucose NEGATIVE NEGATIVE Bilirubin NEGATIVE NEGATIVE Blood + NEGATIVE Leukocytes NEGATIVE NEGATIVE Nitrite NEGATIVE NEGATIVE Urobilinogen 0.20 mg/dL 0.20~1.00 Ketone + NEGATIVE Microscopic RBC 11-15 /hpf 0~3 WBC 1-2 /hpf 0~5 Epithelial Cells FEW Bacteria FEW Mucus Threads FEW Amorphous Urates FEW my worry is at RED BLOOD CELLS REPORT : RBC 11-15 /hpf WHERE 0~3 IS THE NORMAL PLS HELP
Urine analysis report is suggestive of Urinary Tract Infection(UTI). UTI results in presence of red blood cells in urine along with pus and bacteria. There is no need to worry about this. A course of antibiotic(Ciprofloxacin or Norfloxacin) will be enough to treat it. Ask him to drink plenty of water.
