What can blood in urine mean . I was being treated for an infection but it turnouts not to be something else I do not know hwat to do I am 80 years old and have severe pain in upper left side and may pains everypart of my body. I used to be active this last 2weeks I can move

Hello, Blood in urine signifies urinary tract infection. You will have to continue the treatment with whatever drugs the doctor has given. Or there may be need to check which bacteria are involved and change the antibiotic if needed. Plus you will have to consume good deal of water. Thanks
