What Does Presence Of Cystals In Urine Shown In Urinalysis Mean?

I ve done urine analysis, and the results were as follows: color: light orange turbidity: present (1+) sp gravity: 1.018 ph: 8.5 glucose: absent protein: Trace urobilinogen: normal bilirubin: absent ketones: absent blood: absent leukoesterase: absent RBC: 1 WBC: 4 Epithelial cells: 10 / HPF Crystals: seen (amporphous phosphates seen- many) Cast: not seen

Hello and thanks for writing.

I can understand your concern and would try to help you in the best possible way. These results are suggestive of a risk of phosphate stone in the urinary tract. I suggest you conslt a urologist who would order some tests like USG or CECT KUB for deteminig the presence or absence of stone in urinary tract.

In the mean while i suggest you drink plenty of fluids and avoid any stress or dehydration.
