What Does Presence Of Multiple Small Follicles In Left Ovary Mean?

uterine cavity empty. No evidence of fibroid thicknesss of endometrium is 0.7 cm Single dominance follicles size 2.4*2.0 cm. Seen in right ovary. Multiple small follicles seen in left ovary. No dominance follicles seen. This is my wife ultrasound report. I attempted 3 times but she is not pregnant.

Multiple small follicles in the ovary is a feature of polycystic ovarian disease. It is common in obese and associated with irregular menses and appearance of male like hairs i.e. hirsutism. It is one of the cause of infertility. You should consult gyn.
