General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The pressure seems to be related to muscular skeletal issues of intercostal inflammation most probably.

I advise to monitor your blood pressure and record the results for reference.

A thorough cardiac check-up should be run to rule out cardiovascular problems:
- EKG
- echocardiogram
- stress test
- lipid profile testing.

For the moment, I only recommend taking oral painkillers (paracetamol or ibuprofen).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
