What Does Pressure In The Chest Indicate?
What possible conditions are related to my symptoms? Today I had chest tightness in waves and circulation issues mostly in my right arm towards the bottom-middle. My senses and speech were fine. The symptoms passed minutes after they started, and the circulation problems were slight, but noticeable, or else I would have physically gone to a doctor.

As chest tightness present it is better to investigate with EKG as preliminary investigation.
Auscultation also should be done.
If any specific cause found than treated accordingly
