Hello there, thank you for your query on healthcare magic. According to your post, it seems you have already done a few tests which narrows down the list of possibilities. It would be advisable to get a 24 hr ambulatory blood pressure monitoring done to see if your blood pressure drops with posture change particularly when you stand up from a sitting position. This condition is called postural hypotension and there are several reasons for it. If you do have postural hypotension, then you should get your echocardiography done to see if your heart is in good health. Also you also need to get your serum elevtrolytes checked for hyponatraemia and hyperkalemia which would indicate adrenal insufficiency. Hope this helps. Thank you for visiting healthcare magic.
