I get a sudden pressure point directly under the middle of my rib cage and a sudden urgency to lie down due to feeling extremely ill very foul burps and or gas passage but not always passing such gas distention of stomach follows along with an urgent bowell movement resulting in runny bm also lack of control and forceful bm.always presents no fever but a felling of being to warm so need a cold washcloth on my face . I also present by being very lethargic almost comatose-like sleep which can last for a 20 hour period with no intake of fluids and no urine or continued bowell movements . Bowell movements are very watery and almost always stinky
I think your developed acute gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome. Any food that irritates bowel may cause vigorous movements to cause pain in the abdomen. It may be due to pleurisy or cholecystitis pain may present on the chest. It may be due to dyspepsia.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking. Use syrup Aristozyme three teaspoons twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
