What Does Pressure In The Upper Abdomen And Throat Indicate?
Ive been having tightness in upper stomach area,tightness in lower throat,electrical shock feelings around my chest, some dssiness and lightheadedness and anxiety about all of this. my pulse is resting rate 60, no difficulty breathing. some shooting pains in my back and chest that come and go.

I think this may be an ischemic heart attack or infarction. You have to do an EKG. Use Trinitrine to relieve pain. Keep yourself in observation.
