What Does Pressure In The Upper Abdomen On The Right Side Indicate?

I am a woman age 52. I am overweight. Perimenupausal I have no gall bladder. I have a sense of fullness (Not pain) on my right side upper abdomen. Pale stool. At time strong odor in urine and some incontinence. I feel good but this seems persistent. I am wondering if I need to see a doctor this has been going on for about 2 weeks .

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Yes, it would be good to see a doctor and get a urinalysis and some blood tests. There may be something going on in your liver causing the discomfort and abnormally colored stools.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
