What Does Pressure On The Right Side Of The Head Indicate?

I have sinus pressure on the right side of my head not congested in the noise what would be the top 3 drugs that a physician should subscribe for this. They gave me Doxycycline 100mg 2 times a day for 10 days. Is this a drug that is used to treat the sinus?
