What Does Pressure Under The Breasts Indicate?

I have what feels like a band or a belt under my breasts all the time. I do smoke and I cough a lot. i tried to go to the clinic and the moment your say anything in your chest they sent me to the er for an ekg. they don t listen and so i haven t gone back. it is under my breasts, constant, worse when i eat. would describe it as discomfort rather than pain.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for using HealthcareMagic
If the pain is worse with eating, then it is possible that it be reflux with bloating.
Bloating causes a tightness in the abdomen. You may need to try and determine if there are specific foods that affect the symptoms. In general - spicy foods, acidic foods, fatty/fried foods , caffeine,mint-- can cause this problem.

I hope this helps.

Regards
