What Does Prolonged High BP Suggest?

Been monitoring BP and Doctoring for three months. Cardioligist changed my medication.. Still seeing a reading I m not comfortable with. Tonight it measured181/119. I waited about a hour and took it again, this time 153/93. Tomorrow I go in for a echocardiogram. Should Inmention any of this before the test?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query carefully.
As per details,
You are suffering from High Blood Pressure.
Kindly mention few things for further assessment like
1- what medications you are taking write now??
2- Are you taking it regularly??
3- Are you avoiding salt intake and doing regular walk and exercise??
I would suggest you to go for ECG and then Echocardiography.

Hope so it will be helpful.
You can write again in case of any query or follow up.
Wish you Good health.
