What Does Protein And Blood Content In Urine Of This Urinalysis Indicate?

I am a MA student. We did urinalysis on ourselves this evening. Mine came back showing protein and blood in my urine but no leukocytes. Should I be concerned? I realize that this is the first time I have read a urinalysis stick but the amount of blood alarmed me.

Thank you for your query. You are very curious student and it is smart,that you take care about your health.I suggest-
1.Repeat urine test in the morning again after wake up, take middle portion.
2.RBC can occur at people with stones in kidneys, you can do ultrasound to rule out nephrolithiasis.
3.Proteins can be sign of hidden infection, in this case you can do urine culture.
4.For treatment of stones you can use cystone 2 tab 2 times for 1 month and stone1, Vitamin E 1 capsule daily for 1 month for improvement state of renal membrane of glomerula.
