Hi doctor my urinalysis result is Color: Dk yellow Transparency cloudy S.gravity 1.027 Ph: 6.0 Odor: aromatic Occult blood (+++) Protein: Trace Glucose negative Ketone negative WBC 30-35 /hpf Rob cover 250/hpf Epethelial cells few Mucus threads few Bacteria few Amorphous urates few Ps: I have my period during the test

you are suffering from the urinary tract infection. Blood in the urine may be due to your period that contaminate the urine. But presence of WBC and bacteria in microscopic examination definitively indicate urinary tract infection. So it might be due to Neiseria gonorrhea or chlamydia trachomatis in lady of reproductve age. Asymtomatic bacterinuria easily treated by antibiotic course like cephalosporins, amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, nitrofurantoin, or a fluoroquinolone.Complicated case required aggressive treatment and follow up.
