Does biopsy report there is psoriasform hyperplasia of the epidermis with focal spongiform pustalation. Horny layer contains areas of compact, confluent para keratosis worth collections of neutrophils. In the papillary dermis th ere is dilated torturous loops and a superficial peri vascular lymphocytic infiltrate. Grocott methenamine silver (GMS) stability fails to highlight fungal elements. That this is absolutely psoriasis or something that mimics psoriasis???
Histopathology suggests the diagnosis of Psoriasis vulgaris. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect treatment.
