You are concerned about a recent CXR which shows pulmonary scarring and pleural thickening. This is actually consistent with your history of TB. The TB infection is usually in the lungs and will cause damage to the lungs. With treatment the infection is cured but what is left behind is the scarring seen on your CXR. The pleural thickening is also a scarring from the TB. There is nothing you can do to change the appearance of your Xrays.
