hi am a clinical officer equivalent to a physician assistant.have seen a patient with lower abdominal pains. urine analysis revealed pus cells more than 35.after taking a course of anti biotics the pain still doesnt go away. the pain is associeted with fevers.tender supra pubic region. no mass felt and he is immunosupressed on second line anti retrovirals.ma question is what line should i do more investigations
