Hello

Findings suggests urinary tract infection(UTI)in both of you.Findings are less severe in your wife.
UTI is indicated by presence of excessive pus cells, occasional RBC and some bacteria in urine.
Epithelial cells and mucus threads are normally found in urine.

You and your wife need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram, renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.

Nitrite test and Leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
Drink plenty of fluids.
You and your wife need proper treatment.

Get well soon.
Take Care
