What Does "31% Actively Motile Sperms" In Semen Analysis Suggest?

my semen analysis report says 2 ml volume and 127 million sperm count having 31 percent actively motile 22 percent sluggishailly motile 47 percent non motile abnormal forms heads 2.3 % body 2.1% and tail 0.6 % imatureforms absent fructose test positive pus cells 2-3 /h.p.f red celss nil /h/p/f epithelial cells occasssional /h.p.f viscocity normal is this report fertile any problems possible or normal please describe my age is 32 height is 5'9 weight is 70 kg

Thanks for query,
Based on the report of semen analysis that you have posted I would state that your semen parameters are will within normal range as per WHO standards .

The active motile sperms are the only sperm that move in a straight direction like a rocket and these are the only sperms which can fertilize female eggs to result in pregnancy.

The normal accepted range of active motile sperms by WHO is minimum
20 %.

Since you have 31% active motile sperm you will not any problem to impregnate your wife.
